Travel to Canada and Alaska

it was a very early start but all went well. The trip to Schiphol was uneventful. Angelique called and we had some breakfast before getting on to our plane. A long uneventful journey with KLM and very good service. We left at 12.15 and arrived at 12.15. Angelique hired a car , Hyundai automatic, and our journey to Banff started. 130 km and the scenery was a bit dull but the landscape became rather spectacular with forests and huge mountains. Banff is obviously a big tourist place. We arrived at our hotel ,'Banff Aspen Lodge' and our room is very nice and comfortable. We then did a small a walk through the village Tired and gone to bed early.
